In school Lessons  – Westcoast Wheel Kids

Since 1981, Stardust (originally Stardust Enterprises, then Stardust Kids on Wheels) visited local elementary schools to teach children roller skating during their P.E. classes. Westcoast Wheel Kids is carrying on this legacy. The instructors visit each school for one, two or three weeks (depending on the population of the school) and teach basic skating skills and safety rules both for indoor and outdoor skating. We supply the instructor, skates and helmets. We run the program September through June of each year however, for schools on a year-round calendar, we would be available for week-long programs in July and August. Between 1981 – 2013, we have been booked in schools in the following districts: Surrey, Langley, Delta, Vancouver, Richmond, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, New Westminster, Whistler, Chilliwack and West Vancouver. Other districts are welcome to contact us for special quotes.
